an extraordinary experience for our guests. We foster an environment where both guest

skills, elevating their craft either through monthly courses or working on models. We
believe that learning never ends. By updating our education we will always strive to
provide you with the best experience possible. We are dedicated to providing you with

YOUR APPOINTMENT: We encourage you to arrive 10 min early to check in relax and
enjoy a cup of Aveda comforting tea and choose your aroma for a complimentary neck,
shoulder, and scalp massage if you are enjoying a haircut. Book an appointment
today.

CANCELLATIONS: Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please honor this
appointment by calling 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, to avoid
charges.

RETURN POLICY: We understand that our guests may not be able to create the same
look at home. Please call us within 7 days, so that we may help you. Maybe a style
lesson or a new product is the trick. As always if you are not satisfied with your product
purchase we offer exchanges or refunds.

Aveda products are created with pure flower and plant essences – high performing, yet
gentle for our guests, staff, and the earth.
